It looks like we are going to start with the following team tonight:
GK Almunia
RB Eboue
CB Squillaci
CB Miquel
LB Gibbs
CM Denilson
CM Diaby
CM Rosicky
FWD Arshavin
FWD Bendtner
FWD Chamakh
Not a bad team at all and one which should dominate Leyton.
Three observations though:
1) The pressure will be on Bendtner and Chamakh to deliver. There will be no van Persie for a few weeks now and one of them will have to step up to the plate in terms of goals.
2) Fabregas has either come off the bench or made to start in order to save us in our previous FA Cup replays or the Carling Cup semi-final. Nasri will be on the bench in case things go wrong but really the first eleven should try to see the game through.
3) Last but not least : Where the hell is Ramsey ? I have been told by a few people that apparently there is a rule which prevents new players from appearing in replays. But I have never heard of such rule before and in any case, Ramsey has always been our player. Wenger himself said on Thursday that Ramsey will be involved tonight and no-one seem to know what is going on.
