Every now and then when England fail at a tournament, you will hear the debate raging in the tabloids about how it was the "foreigners fault".
In fact, Arsene Wenger took a lot of blame in the media for the disastrous World Cup in 2010. He is blocking English talents they say and the only reason why England did not win the tournament.
The positive impact of foreign players or foreign managers does not come into their mind.
